Your personal story, your trust, and everything you share with me is held with care. As a doula, breath coach, and women’s therapist, I work closely with people — and that requires a safe container, including how I handle your data.
Here’s how I manage your information:
Who am I?
Janma is the practice of Natascha “Nash” Moreira Santos – Schuiling (Rotterdam, 3089TR).
You can reach me at:

I am responsible for the data you share with me.
What I collect – and why
If you receive guidance from me, I only collect the information needed to support you with care and attention. This includes:
Your name, contact information, and date of birth
Notes from our conversations (for personal use only)
Any information you voluntarily share about your health, cycle, pregnancy, or life story
Everything is stored securely in a digital file accessible only to me. I never share your data with others, except:
In case of working with a back-up doula or in a co-doula arrangement: with your explicit permission, I share relevant details with my colleague to ensure safe, attuned care.
How long do I keep your information?
I retain your file for a maximum of one year after our last session. After that, all data is deleted — unless you request otherwise. Your privacy remains protected, even after our work ends.
Your rights
You have the right to view, modify, or delete your data at any time. You can also withdraw consent or object to data processing if needed.
Just send me a message at info@janma.nl — I’ll be happy to help.

Data Security
I take appropriate measures to protect your data from loss, misuse, or unauthorized access. All information is stored in a secure cloud environment accessible only by me.
If you suspect something has gone wrong, please let me know. We’ll find a solution together.
Still have a concern?
If something doesn’t feel right, I hope you’ll first reach out to me. If we can’t resolve it (and the issue relates to my work as a doula), you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority or the NBvD.
More information on my Complaints Procedure page.
For other services (e.g. postpartum treatments and ceremonies), this process doesn’t apply, but I’m always open to dialogue.
