I am an experienced doula who works from presence, trust, and deep attunement. No protocols or fixed formats, but with an intuitive approach that moves with you and your process.
I am here to hold space for everything that presents itself. Whether it’s silence or storm, joy or resistance. I am there, without judgment, as a mirror and as a foundation.
My starting point is that you are the expert of your own body, your own child, your own birth. I am here to remind you of that wisdom.
Pregnancy and birth as ceremony
Pregnancy and birth are so much more than medical events. I see birth as a ‘rite of passage’. A transformation where you shed old layers and make space for something new. Every phase of this journey deserves recognition: from the first beating heart to your child’s first breath, and your breath in between.
Beyond the usual doula services, we consciously shape this time together with rituals, breathwork, voice expression, and intentions that give you strength. So that you don’t just give birth to a child, but also birth a new version of yourself.
Doula Nash came into the picture when we wanted to prepare ourselves better. Nash is very knowledgeable and helped us with theory, guided us to understand our wishes, and was there whenever I had a question or needed to get something off my chest.
On the big day, her presence was absolutely essential. She saw what I needed, helped me be heard, and gave me strength to stand up for myself. Her calming, caring presence made a world of difference. We are very grateful to her for her guidance and support.

- A complimentary chemistry videocall to see if we’re the right match to work together.
- Three prenatal sessions of 2.5 hours, during which we shape your birth and postpartum plan together (in person or online).
- Support with writing your birth plan.
- App group with weekly check-ins.
- From week 38, I am on call for you 24/7.
- Continuous support during your birth, from the first signs of labor until a few hours after birth.
- Use of the Elle TENS unit (including electrodes), peanut ball, and birth ball.
- 10% discount on the rental of a Birthpool in a Box birthing pool.
- One postpartum visit (a few days after the birth).
- A nourishing postpartum meal for two.
- 10% discount on postpartum treatments.
