If something is bothering you
I truly hope you feel seen, heard, and safe with me. If there is ever something that doesn’t feel right or something you are carrying, I warmly invite you to share it with me. My intention is always to look together — in openness and connection — at what is needed.
If we are unable to resolve things together, you are welcome to file a formal complaint.
For my work as a birth and postpartum doula, I am affiliated with the Dutch Professional Association for Doulas (NBvD). If we cannot find a solution together, you may contact the complaints officer of the NBvD. For my work as a doula and postpartum practitioner, I am also affiliated with ZZP’er in de Zorg. They provide an independent complaints officer and, if necessary, access to a disputes committee.
A complaint can be submitted via the online complaint form of ZZP’er in de Zorg. The complaints officer will guide you carefully, confidentially, and impartially in seeking a resolution. If no resolution is reached, the complaint can be submitted to an independent disputes committee. Their decision is binding.
