If something is bothering you

I hope you feel seen, heard, and safe with me. But if there’s ever anything that doesn’t sit right with you, I warmly invite you to bring it up with me. My intention is always to find a solution together, through connection and openness.

As a doula, I am affiliated with the Dutch Professional Association for Doulas (NBvD). If we’re unable to resolve the issue together, you can contact the NBvD’s official complaints officer.

If that still doesn’t lead to a resolution, you can turn to De ZorgProfessional, where Janma is a registered community member. You’ll find more information about the procedure on their website: Complaints Procedure – De ZorgProfessional.

Note: This complaints procedure applies only to my doula work, not to postpartum treatments or ceremonial work.
