  1. Booking & Payment

You can book a program or session via email or the contact form. Your booking is confirmed once you agree to these terms and (for packages) payment has been received.

For single sessions, I’ll send an invoice afterward. For programs, you’ll receive an invoice in advance. Payment plans are available upon request.

Programs and treatments are personal and non-transferable.

  1. Rescheduling or Cancelling

Can’t make it? Please let me know as soon as possible — at least 24 hours in advance. We’ll reschedule together.

For cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows, the full session fee will be charged.

Birth support packages have their own cancellation policy, which I’ll discuss with you upon booking.

  1. My Role & Your Responsibility

As a doula, breath coach, and therapist, my work is supportive and complementary — not a replacement for medical care. I do not diagnose or take medical responsibility.

You remain responsible for your choices throughout your (pregnancy) journey.

If in doubt or experiencing complaints, I always recommend consulting your midwife, doctor, or other specialist.

  1. Confidentiality & Privacy

Everything you share with me is confidential. I will only discuss your situation with others (e.g. your partner or care provider) with your consent.

Your personal data is handled with care and used only for guidance and administration. See the full privacy policy on my website.

  1. Changes

I reserve the right to update these terms. The latest version is always available on my website.

Doula Support – Specific Terms

Once I receive your signed contract and deposit, I’m available for questions, updates, and consultation by phone or email.

I encourage you to reach out if you have doubts or things to share — I usually reply quickly, and always within 24 hours.

Throughout your pregnancy, I aim to stay well-informed, including medically. Please keep me updated on your appointments with your midwife or doctor, and anything else on your mind. This allows me to support you with trust, involvement, and continuity.

From week 38 to 42, I am fully on-call for you — day and night. As soon as you feel labor is beginning, you can reach out and I’ll come to you. If I miss your call, please send a WhatsApp message — I’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

To reserve your spot around your due date, I ask for a non-refundable deposit. Your booking is confirmed once I receive the signed contract and deposit.

In the sad event of pregnancy loss (excluding stillbirth), €300 will be refunded.

Of course, I do everything I can to attend your birth. In rare cases (like a very quick labor), it might not be possible to get there in time. If I choose not to come without a valid reason, you won’t be charged.

If you choose not to call me, or contact me too late, the full fee still applies.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel after signing the contract, the following applies:

  • More than 4 weeks before the due date: 50% refund of the doula package
  • Between 2–4 weeks before the due date: 25% refund
  • Less than 2 weeks before the due date: no refund

For single sessions (e.g. birth preparation class, breathwork, or yoga), cancellations within 72 hours are non-refundable.

Payment Terms

Payment for doula support is made in two parts:

  • A deposit to reserve your spot
  • The remaining balance before 37 weeks of pregnancy, unless agreed otherwise

You’ll receive a timely invoice by email.

If you prefer to pay in installments or need a custom payment plan, please let me know — I’m happy to accommodate.

Money should never be a barrier to receiving quality support.
