A warm and embracing ceremony

  • You are completely central. We celebrate, share, and process the story of your pregnancy, birth, and postpartum time.
  • You receive a four-handed massage
  • We invite you into a cleansing warm herbal bath (if you don’t have a bath yourself, I bring an inflatable one)

The perfect closure of your postpartum time

In most cultures, after 40 days or 6 weeks, the postpartum period is ceremonially closed. Mothers then usually feel sufficiently physically recovered to participate in social life again, return to work, and pick up the thread from before their birth. With us, this often happens silently and unnoticed.

But how wonderful and nourishing would it be if we could truly close the pregnancy, birth, and postpartum period with a ritual? This way, you can consciously mark the transition from the smaller inner world with exclusive care for your baby and yourself, to the big outer world where this care is integrated with your life outside the home. You look back on your pregnancy, birth, and postpartum time and step nourished, honored, and full of confidence into the next phase! This ceremony is also called ‘Closing of the bones’.
